Job Role for Commis Chef: Cooks a variety of food and recipes according to company specifications, with diverse method of preparation. Ensure kitchen preparation is complete and meet company standards, so that each guest receives an unforgettable meal. Ensures proper execution of recipe procedures while maintaining a high quality and consistent product. Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Keeps food orders continuously flowing out of the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Helps to complete assigned pre-work to stock and set up stations as necessary. Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties. Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate.
