Job Description

We are looking for skilled Restaurant Captains to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in customer service, leadership, and teamwork.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate staff members to achieve excellent performance.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
