About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Residential Team Leader
to lead and manage our residential sales vertical. This role is pivotal in driving performance, fostering a collaborative culture, and achieving team targets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in real estate, strong communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise, guide, and support the residential sales team to ensure high levels of productivity and professionalism.
- Set clear individual and team targets (KPIs), track performance regularly, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative, motivated, and target-driven team culture.
- Business Development & Portfolio Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Fairdeal’s residential property portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new listings and clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants).
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and other key stakeholders to secure exclusive properties.
- Client Relationship Management
- Ensure a high standard of client service across the team, from the first inquiry to post-sale/lease follow-up.
- Handle escalated client concerns and provide timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the quality of property presentations, client interactions, and documentation to reflect the company’s professionalism.
- Training & Development
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new team members on Fairdeal’s procedures, systems, and market practices.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities to upskill the team.
- Sales & Leasing Oversight
- Oversee the complete sales and leasing cycle, ensuring that all documentation, inspections, negotiations, and closings are executed efficiently and accurately.
- Support team members in closing high-value deals, including attending meetings and viewings as needed.
- Marketing & Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute effective campaigns for listed properties.
- Suggest marketing strategies based on market trends and property performance data.
- Approve marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure all real estate activities comply with local property laws, licensing requirements, and internal company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation for all deals and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales volume, leads conversion, listings status, and revenue targets.
- Analyze team metrics and market conditions to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and strategic input to senior management based on data and team feedback.
- Must have knowledge of team handling skills and tracking of the metrics which is required for the residential sales vertical.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of SOBO, Mumbai and Pan India would be preferred.
- Proven experience in managing HNI and UHNI clients, with a strong understanding of discretion, personalized service, and luxury market dynamics.
- RERA certification (if applicable to the location).
- Strong knowledge of the local residential property market, including current trends, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire high performance in diverse teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly goal-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, real estate listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent).
