Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research professional with strong expertise in primary market research (both quantitative and qualitative), with exposure to global markets and a B2B audience. This role requires a research professional who can independently manage end-to-end research projects, from study design through insights delivery, across various scopes such as Brand Assessment, U& A, Concept Testing, Copy Testing, Segmentation, Brand Positioning, Logo testing, and studies with B2B and B2C audiences.The ideal candidate will combine strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to deliver actionable insights & recommendations for clients. This position demands excellent project management capabilities, a deep understanding of research applications, while maintaining the highest standards of research quality and regulatory compliance. The role involves direct client interaction across stakeholders, requiring the ability to understand client needs, provide methodological consultation, and deliver error-free, high-quality research outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact for logistics, overseeing deliverables and tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct pilot interviews and testing to ensure research instrument quality for stakeholder groups.
  • Lead both pre-launch studies (message testing, concept testing, product testing, communication evaluation) and post-launch research (brand tracking, U& A studies, market assessment, brand positioning, etc. )
  • Manage complex multi-phase research studies across various stakeholder groups (B2Bm, B2C, KOLs, etc. )
  • Perform advanced data analysis and interpretation using various statistical methodologies appropriate for research objectives.
  • Apply statistical techniques, including significance testing, sample weighting, and appropriate advanced methods.
  • Translate complex research findings into strategic, actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Critically assess survey results and distil key insights relevant to healthcare decision-making.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail and timely completion of analytical tasks to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Connect multiple data sources to augment research findings and provide comprehensive insights.
  • Produce near-final interview materials, presentation drafts, and comprehensive research reports.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate healthcare research findings.
  • Craft compelling storylines that connect data insights to healthcare business implications.
  • Deliver crisp inferences and actionable recommendations based on healthcare research findings.
  • Present findings to healthcare clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet professional standards and are error-free.
  • Initiate client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions with confidence.
  • Arrange meetings, draft client-focused proposals, and recognise potential business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into robust research designs.
  • Provide consultation on research methodologies appropriate for B2B audiences.
  • Answer client queries with appropriate methodological and analytical support.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Be an effective member of the organisation and support company initiatives.
  • Actively engage in company meetings and procedures, supporting company values.
  • Ensure patient safety and adhere to healthcare industry guidelines throughout all research activities.
  • Participate in internal initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all research deliverables.
  • To provide effective coaching to RA and RE colleagues through on-the-job feedback, guide workload planning for effective project management, and lead teams to foster strong teamwork.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA/Bachelor's in Tech and/or professional qualification; Master's degree in Statistics, Market Research, or related field preferred.
  • Total Experience: 6-9 years of experience in research or a professional services organisation.
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation with 6+ years of primary research and analysis activity, including questionnaire design/discussion guide, analysis, interpretation and storytelling.
  • Effectively manage and implement research projects by leading project teams, ensuring timely updates to senior members, and running projects within budget
  • Strong knowledge of all research methodologies, with the ability to provide senior-level consultation to sales or directly to end clients
  • Research Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in core research work of Qre design/discussion guide, methodology selection and design and reporting with story-telling report (which is outside of Project Management, Data Processing or similar roles).
  • Study Design: Proven ability to design comprehensive research instruments (questionnaires, screeners, specifications) tailored for B2B and niche stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret research data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Statistical Methods: Knowledge of statistical analysis, including significance testing, sample weighting, and other relevant techniques.
