The Business Analyst is an integral part of the Digital Business Management team and acts as a bridge between the External End-Users/Customers and the Software Development team. The Business Analyst (BA) role requires the ability to understand our customers business objectives and its interplay with technology. The BA should also have deep understanding of business concepts and processes and should be able to understand and communicate in how existing and future applications can support the business needs. In addition, the BA must also be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio as well as standard project management tools. Key Skills: (preferably have experience in BDD, Gherkin, Domain Driven Design) Exp : 8+yrs onwards Notice period : 0-30days Job Location : Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes, systems and people and strategize on business organizational change Oversee internal validation of system functionality Lead project kick-off strategy sessions and document resulting product backlog, business scenarios, visual modeling, and workflows Develop wireframes and screen mock-ups to support business processes and requirements Translate client business needs into detailed business requirement documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams Help establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria Lead requirement gathering sessions and any subsequent documentation preparations independently Formulate the solution’s business processes, guides, and training materials Be the voice of the project by leading internal team discussions, end user presentations and training sessions Be the conduit for driving the vision of user acceptance testing and managing bugs and enhancements Develop use cases for user acceptance testing You must have the ability to: Provide a well-versed analytical problem-solving approach and rigorous attention to detail See the big picture of the solution and how it fits into the overall business landscape Translate a business strategy document into a product backlog Analyze a product backlog with the ability to enunciate business value and prioritization Translate business requirements to functional requirements Document current state business processes Escalate scope and client expectation risks both internally and externally
