Role Purpose:
This is a handson role with a strong focus on both process analysis and working with data to generate insights. You will support the analysis and improvement of internal processes, while also helping to establish the foundations for performance measurement by structuring, manipulating, and interpreting operational data.
You’ll work closely with senior BAs, operational teams, and subject matter experts to document processes, capture requirements, and prepare data in ways that inform decisionmaking. This is an opportunity to develop your BA skills while building the teams capability to measure and improve performance — using tools like Excel and Tableau/Power BI to turn raw information into something meaningful and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in mapping and documenting business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.Work with senior BAs and operational teams to gather, organise, and analyse data related to process performance and delivery outcomes.Use Excel and other such tools to clean, manipulate, and present data in a clear, usable format.Support the creation of process documentation, user guides, and knowledge base content.Participate in workshops, interviews, and requirementgathering sessions with stakeholders.Contribute to the development of metrics and KPIs that will enable ongoing performance measurement.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure data and process insights are accurate, relevant, and actionable.
Skills & Experience
Essential:1–3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, datafocused, or process improvement role.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting).Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a clear, meaningful way.Basic understanding of process mapping and requirements gathering.Good communication skills, able to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Organised, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Desirable:Exposure to automation tools (eg RPA) or data visualisation platforms (eg Power BI, Tableau).Interest in knowledge management and building structured information resources Key Attributes
