Job Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring that functional and nonfunctional needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable specifications for technical teams.
Perform comprehensive data analysis, identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies, and provide insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decisionmaking and process improvements across departments.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product, technology, operations, and quality assurance to ensure smooth delivery of solutions, validate system changes, participate in user acceptance testing, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate existing processes and workflows, recommend automation or optimization opportunities, develop workflow diagrams, and support the implementation of new systems, policies, or tools to enhance organizational efficiency and customer experience.
