Assistant/Deputy Manager - GUI/HMI Design & Development

As an Infotainment System GUI/HMI Design & Development Engineer, your role involves collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage schedules and deliver user-friendly interaction design proposals. You will be responsible for designing high-level mock-ups, creating wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate interaction flow. Additionally, you will work alongside software requirement engineers to prepare interaction needs for the infotainment system. Key Responsibilities: - Design high-level mock-ups, create wireframes, and prototypes - Work with software requirement engineers to define interaction needs - Deliver user-friendly interaction design proposals - Present design work to internal stakeholders and senior leadership - Utilize rapid prototyping tools and visualization tools like Adobe XD and Figma - Study competitor models to identify new GUI/HMI designs for deployment in MSIL models - Coordinate with business partners for GUI/HMI development and deployment in multiple models - Manage schedules in alignment with vehicle schedules Competency Requirements: - Expert understanding of automotive UI-UX design principles - Proficiency in remote collaboration tools - Ability to illustrate design options using process flow, prototypes, and research - Experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Figma - Skills in requirement gathering and transforming software specifications to GUI specifications - Understanding of infotainment functions - Experience in benchmarking, user testing, and analyzing user journeys, with a preference for experience in vehicle driving scenarios Educational Qualification: - B.E / B.
