The ideal candidate for this position should possess over 20 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CXO role. A deep understanding of underwriting, claims, distribution, reinsurance, and IRDAI regulations is required, along with a proven track record of building and scaling insurance businesses. Educational qualifications in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or related fields are preferred, with an MBA or relevant certifications considered advantageous.
