Deputy Manager, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and digital improvement opportunities. You will conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements. Your role will involve translating business needs into detailed user stories, process flow diagrams, and requirement documents. Additionally, you will support the implementation of pharma-specific digital solutions and collaborate with IT and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of new systems. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements. - Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flow diagrams, and requirement documents. - Support the implementation of pharma-specific digital solutions such as Electronic Logbooks (E-logbook), Cleaning Validation System, LIMS, MES, QMS, SAP modules, and AI/ML-driven tools. - Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of new systems. - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for business insights and KPIs. - Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps to build workflows, forms, and low-code automation solutions. - Drive adoption of digital tools through user engagement, training, and documentation. - Ensure all digital implementations comply with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory processes. - Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). - Exposure to systems like LIMS, MES, QMS, SAP, DMS, and AI/ML applications in pharma. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams. - Understanding of ROI measurement, project prioritization, and digital roadmap development. - Bachelors / Masters degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Engineering. - MBA in Operations / IT / Business Analytics preferred. - 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Transformation professional in the pharmaceutical industry. - Experience in deploying E-logbook, Cleaning Validation, Deviation Management, or MES systems is preferred. - Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and data integration concepts. - Experience in process digitalization, automation, and AI/ML use case deployment.
