AVP, Engg Analyst

Role Overview: You have a minimum of 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking Domain, with desirable experience on M7 GRC Product. You will serve as the functional lead responsible for Business Systems solutions related to the Technical implementation and maintenance of SCB's Risk and CFCC Domain. You will work with cross-functional teams to produce relevant documents and build prototypes using Excel and other tools. Your responsibilities also include reviewing implementation of user stories, creating and maintaining documentation on business cases, requirements, and processes, and supporting faster delivery by enforcing the use of agile delivery tools. Key Responsibilities: - Awareness and understanding of the Risk & CFCC Domain - Experienced in requirement gathering and Business Solutions - Identifying and addressing client needs and documenting the same - Overall accountability for Business Systems Solutions related to Technical Implementation - Partnering with cross-functional teams to produce relevant documents - Good understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology, Systems Implementation Life Cycle, and optimizing business solution approach - Developing and sustaining good relationships with clients - Supporting faster delivery by enforcing the use of agile delivery tools - Demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills Qualifications: - Education: Engineering or Equivalent About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank committed to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
