As a Marine Superintendent specializing in Cape-size vessels, your primary responsibility is to offer shore support to vessels by managing their day-to-day operational issues in alignment with company guidelines, port-specific requirements, flag regulations, and international standards. Your role involves overseeing the daily operations of vessels, with a strong focus on Navigation, cargo handling, occupational health, safety, and environmental considerations. It is crucial that you ensure the safe and efficient operation of vessels to minimize incidents and maintain client satisfaction, all while upholding the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policy to foster the continuous development of the business. To be eligible for this role, you should have prior experience serving as a Master onboard Ocean-going vessels, particularly Bulk Carriers of Cape-size. Additionally, you are expected to possess 2-5 years of shore experience as a Marine Superintendent. Your key responsibilities as a Marine Superintendent include: - Adhering to company Safety Management System (SMS) procedures, forms, and checklists. - Ensuring compliance with International Maritime Organization (IMO), Flag, and port state regulations. - Upholding the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN) policy and other security-related regulations. - Providing contingency support to vessels as needed. - Securing positive outcomes from various inspections and audits conducted by PSC, Rightship, Flag, Class, P&I, and third-party entities. - Conducting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and preparing comprehensive reports. - Collaborating with Crisis Management Team (CMS) for incident compliance. - Organizing and conducting ISM/ISPS/MLC audits. - Managing vessels from a technical standpoint within the framework of the SMS. - Ensuring that fleet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. - Identifying opportunities for continual improvement and overseeing their implementation. - Communicating any necessary SMS amendments to the management team. - Acting as a supportive figure within the company, offering assistance to colleagues and being a reliable point of contact for the entire team. Role & responsibilities End-to-end ownership & accountability/responsibility of day-to-day SIAM cum mulit-vendor ITSM support function for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request Fulfilment, Hardware Asset & Configuration, Knowledge, Vendor Management etc. in a multi-vendor environment Manage ITSM team whos responsible to run above mentioned process, ITSM tool areas, conduct reviews of respective areas Maintain in-depth understanding of overall IT environment of customer as well as services provided by respective support groups Run daily service review of respective support groups on regular basis as per expected services using SOW Make sure required SLAs/OLAs performance reports published/shared on-time Manage handshakes, interface points & disputes in between support teams Proactively look for areas of improvement, potential risks etc. and highlight the same to customer/support teams for mitigation Accountable for overall process adherence and Continual Service Improvement in all in-scope process & ITSM tool areas

Job Responsibilities Define / detail / Communications of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and create and maintain a well-defined product backlog and its management to enterprise level products. Provide domain expertise to the technical teams building, in deploying the features in SDx / SDx2 based on specific Customer requirements gathered from different stakeholders. Create and manage detailed documentation describing the user requirements, specifications, workflow diagrams and persona-based descriptions. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues related to specific identified area of work. Represent the product and company by visiting customers at their construction site to solicit feedback on company products and services. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding. Education / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering / technology in Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in product management area, with at least 2 years of experience in managing the backlog of the products Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. Required Domain Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of workflows / customer implementations of Industrial products like SPF, SDx, SDx2, Aveva ISM (Information Standard Manager), Datum 360 or equivalent systems. Understanding of central data system with respect to SaaS / Desktop based products related to Industrial facility management. Understanding and experience in working with Software lifecycle management and its integrations and configurations of systems. Understanding of Schema definitions / standards / extensions of products of SDx2, SIO, FDW, and CFIHOS class libraries. Knowledge on SDx integrations with peripheral products like SPPID, S3D, SDx and other tools. Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees a plus. Knowledge on administration of (Smart Plant foundation) and or SDx, its configuration and customization for specific industry needs Basic knowledge on SaaS based systems and its Security configurations of centralized data management systems / Products. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha! Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
