What we expect of you: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in commercial lending, B2B finance, or financial services. - Extensive knowledge of commercial lending products including term loans, lines of credit, revolving credit, syndicated lending, and asset-based financing. - Experience in international lending practices and cross-border financing arrangements is highly beneficial. - Familiarity with document generation platforms (e.g., HotDocs, Conga) and eSignature solutions (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
