Job Requirements: Role - Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (General Insurance) Location - Chennai Years of Experience - 4 to 9 Years Strong experience in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs . Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling general insurance products. Deep understanding of General Insurance products , underwriting, claims management, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
