Job Description

Responsibility: 1. Schedule, Monitor, and Troubleshoot Finacle batch executions (EOD/BOD). 2. Actively monitor batch execution status, identifying and resolving potential delays or errors. 3. Perform in-depth troubleshooting of batch processing failures, implementing effective solutions to restore normal operations. 4. Incident Management: Respond promptly to batch-related incidents, providing initial support and escalating to the L2 team when necessary. 5. Monitor email communications for batch-related alerts, take appropriate action and work on rotational shifts. 6. Maintain batch execution logs and documentation. Qualification: 1. 6+ years of experience in Finacle EOD/BOD batch processing and scheduling. 2. Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Unix, Linux), database (Oracle) and any batch monitoring tool. 3. Ability to monitor and troubleshoot Finacle batch execution issues. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business teams, L2 Team, and other stakeholders. 5. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadline Note : WFO - Chennai
