Technical Support –

Skills Required -

Strong hands-on experience with security controls, including:
Firewalls - Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
Web Application Firewalls (WAF) –
(If worked it will be added advantages)
Firewall Analyzer
Network and Application Layer Protocols: HTTP, TCP/IP, SSL, DNS, Routing, Switching.
Certifications: CCNA/CCSA/PCNSE/CEH
Product Certifications: Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Radware, F5 etc

Job Responsibilities -

The role involves Firewall and IPS Management.
Firewall administration (access rules, deployment, backup, troubleshooting, vendor coordination)
Firewall Analyzer administration (cleanup, fine-tuning).
WAF administration (deployment, backup, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, policy fine-tuning).
Firmware upgrades.
Blocking suspicious IPs.
Report generation.
IPsec VPN configuration.
Participation in DR Drills.

Certifications if Any - Palo Alto, Fortigate, Checkpoint FW etc. certifications will be added advantages
