About the Role: Monitor SaaS infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365 Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions to the next level of escalation Responding promptly to service issues and requests Adhere to the documented incident escalation procedure Collaborate with other operational and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies by safeguarding sensitive information and implementing best practices for data handling and protection. About you: Good knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing concepts Good knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a similar cloud platform will be beneficial Good understanding of Web servers like IIS, Apache...etc Good knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems Good understanding of Web technology, basic networking & hardware knowledge and software applications. Responsibility: 1. Schedule, Monitor, and Troubleshoot Finacle batch executions (EOD/BOD). 2. Actively monitor batch execution status, identifying and resolving potential delays or errors. 3. Perform in-depth troubleshooting of batch processing failures, implementing effective solutions to restore normal operations. 4. Incident Management: Respond promptly to batch-related incidents, providing initial support and escalating to the L2 team when necessary. 5. Monitor email communications for batch-related alerts, take appropriate action and work on rotational shifts. 6. Maintain batch execution logs and documentation. Qualification: 1. 6+ years of experience in Finacle EOD/BOD batch processing and scheduling. 2. Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Unix, Linux), database (Oracle) and any batch monitoring tool. 3. Ability to monitor and troubleshoot Finacle batch execution issues. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business teams, L2 Team, and other stakeholders. 5. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. 6.
