Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. Your understanding and analysis of business processes and opportunities will be key in recommending solutions that align with the organization's goals. You must have a clear understanding of project change management and fulfill basic project management responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing a minimum of 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in a core service/product implementation environment. - Acting as the interface between business owners/users and development project teams to determine, communicate, and validate business requirements. - Supporting projects by comprehending business needs, opportunities, problems, impacts, risks, and presenting and agreeing on recommended solutions. - Understanding, gathering, and defining requirements of all types, and documenting them with process flows and diagrams. - Writing detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and actively participating in project teams using an iterative development methodology. - Identifying and communicating requirement/scope issues. - Aligning strategic objectives with the project and demonstrating a detailed understanding of the business to help determine solutions. - Identifying opportunities for enhancing business efficiency through improved manual and automated process systems. - Understanding business processes and products for assigned business functions and the relationships between those processes and information systems, including the impact of system changes on business processes. - Determining the impact of system changes on the business and vice versa. - Independently initiating, identifying, and coordinating the analysis of business needs in project areas. - Building consensus among stakeholders, often summarizing direction and decisions made. - Applying logic to conflict management and issues. - Having experience in Agile Scrum user stories, sprint ceremonies, and artifacts. - Maintaining user confidence and protecting operations by ensuring the confidentiality of information. - Supporting various applications, sites, and departments. - Assisting in facilitating User Acceptance Testing to derive a test strategy and creating and reviewing test cases. - Communicating risks and ensuring stakeholders" understanding of these risks. - Providing ongoing project management and status reporting at all levels. - Creating and maintaining project schedules, developing project plans and functional specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, and tracking all phases of the project lifecycle. - Reporting issues impacting project progress in a timely manner, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. - Conducting project meetings with project teams regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines. - Performing other duties as assigned. You will be compensated with a remuneration of 14.00 to 18.00 lacs per annum for this full-time position that requires 50% travel within India and abroad.,
