Job Description

As a candidate applying for the position at SOTI, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with Enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with Enterprise customers, especially those with an approximate license device count of 5,000. - Building SME-level knowledge for SOTI MobiControl and learning an additional SOTI One Platform product to better support Enterprise Customers. - On-boarding Enterprise customers by presenting benefits, establishing processes for contacting TAM, setting up Administrators, raising cases, and setting up regular cadence calls. - Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews that include product roadmaps in alignment with customer requirements. - Providing ad-hoc technical consultancy, advice, and guidance, including timely communication of potential issues that may cause disruption. - Attending TAM/Support sync meetings to assist in resolving customer support cases promptly. - Overseeing and managing any customer-requested Root Cause Analysis (RCA's) for Priority 1 Cases to prevent future reoccurrence. - Creating and maintaining a Business Profile containing personalized network diagrams, setup details, and specific business use cases. - Contributing to the creation of Webinars to benefit Premium and Enterprise customers. - Undertaking Discovery Calls for Enterprise customers to deliver paid Work Orders or free PS Hours. - Holding requirement gathering sessions with customers and providing feedback to the software development team. - Contribute towards the development and maintenance of documentation to support services delivered by SOTI Enterprise and Professional Services. - Accurately documenting all initial and sign-off communications, organizing Work Orders and recording progress. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical positions with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions in a complex IT environment. - Strong interest in mobility and a solid understanding of leading and emerging mobile technologies. - Excellent problem-solving, problem resolution, and analytical skills. - A quick learner with the ability to comprehend and explain complex technical concepts to various audiences. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with large enterprises. - Experience in technical documentation and the ability to multitask. - Ability to train audiences on the use of SOTI software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese. - Proactive with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision. - Robust understanding of Networking concepts and principles, along with Windows Server administration skills.
