Job Description: We are looking for a Solution Engineer - pre-sales effort by partnering with sales to analyze customer needs, craft tailored solution designs and deliver compelling demos and proofofconcepts. Collaborates with engineering, product, and delivery teams to validate feasibility and ensure smooth hand-offs. Supports pursuit cycles with technical documentation, RFP responses, and enables internal and external stakeholders through workshops and training. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Technical Engagement: Collaborate with sales to gather customer requirements, drive technical discussions, and present solution proposals and demos. Solution Design & Architecture: Develop custom solutions aligned with client need, create proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and work with Delivery / COEs to ensure technical feasibility Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to develop a compelling solution to the pursuit Technical Documentation & RFP Support: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, create RFP responses. Training & Enablement : Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and customer presentations / training to empower teams on product capabilities and solution best practices. Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related technical field. Experience : 5 -7 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, and technical consulting. Technical Skills : Familiarity with tools landscape across SDLC, Test Automation, AI enablement across development, testing and support lifecycle Thorough knowledge of lifecycle models such as Agile / Scaled Agile / DevOps etc. Ability to design solution architectures, PoCs, and integration plans Soft Skills : Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Preferred : Experience in developing solutions for setting up Centers of Excellence, IT Managed Services Industry domain knowledge, understanding of Enterprise applications, Good understanding of Cloud deployment
