As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting SOTI MobiControl for various Honeywell Android hardware and HP thin clients across multiple environments and use cases. Key Responsibilities Leads & participates in Development process definitions, best practices and standards. Leads evaluation of 3rd party engagement need and SOW review & performance management process. Develop new features and services that are medium-high level of complexity working with the product/platform/infrastructure/security team. Design, code, test, deploy & support working software /technology component, working collaboratively with architects and other engineers. Build systems and services that have immediate impact for our business. Create Threat Model, Architecture, Estimates, Design, Code, COTS configuration for the required business feature. Configure and manage SOTI MobiControl environments to support diverse TJX use cases. Provide expert-level support for Honeywell and Zebra mobile devices, including configuration commands. Develop and maintain PowerShell and/or Python scripts to enhance and automate TJXs custom staging tools. Create comprehensive device staging procedures and user documentation to support deployment and training. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of mobile printer solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile connectivity, configuration, and performance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM practices and standards within the organization. What You Will Need (Minimum Qualifications) Proven experience with SOTI MobiControl, including configuration and management in enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of various Honeywell Android hardware and HP thin clients. Strong PowerShell and Python scripting skills for automation and tool development. Experience creating technical documentation and user guides. Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
