Required Branch Manager / Branch Head in Life Insurance

India's Leading Life Insurance Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager for its Agency Vertical to lead and manage the branch operations, drive sales targets, and build a high-performing team of insurance advisors.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in life insurance sales, a proven track record of achieving business goals, and strong leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve branch sales targets by driving recruitment, activation, and productivity of insurance advisors.
• Identify and tap into new market opportunities to expand the agency network and customer base.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of agency partners and insurance advisors to ensure consistent performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual goals, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency vertical within the branch, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Build strong relationships with agency partners and ensure their adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Organize and facilitate training programs for agency partners and advisors to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches to keep the team competitive.

Candidates Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the Agency Vertical.
• At least 2+ years of proven experience in team management and team handling.
• Demonstrated achievement of INR 1+ Crore business in previous organizations.
• Strong expertise in life insurance products, sales strategies, and agency channel management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, CRM software).
