Job Title: Replenishment Manager

Job Description:

As a Replenishment Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the replenishment process to ensure optimal stock levels and availability of products. You will play a critical role in maintaining a balanced inventory that meets customer demand while minimizing excess stock or shortages. Your expertise in inventory management and forecasting will contribute to the efficient operation of the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales data, and market trends to determine appropriate stock levels for each product category.
2. Forecasting and Demand Planning: Utilize historical data, market research, and sales projections to forecast product demand accurately. Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and operations teams, to gather relevant information for demand planning.
3. Replenishment Strategy: Develop and implement replenishment strategies and policies to optimize inventory turnover, reduce stockouts, and minimize overstock situations. Continuously review and refine replenishment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Order Processing and Fulfillment: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment, and delivery. Monitor order fulfillment metrics and address any issues or delays proactively.
5. Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, including pricing, lead times, and order quantities. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turnover, fill rates, and stockout rates. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve inventory management and replenishment processes.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align on business goals, product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand fluctuations. Ensure effective communication and coordination to support business objectives.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to inventory management and replenishment. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in inventory management, replenishment planning, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using inventory management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques, demand planning methodologies, and inventory control principles.
