We are the local Apple experts, dedicated to creating Apple solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. iDestiny provides expert advice, hands-on demonstrations, in-depth product knowledge, software advice, after-sales support, training, events, and more. Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata is for a Business Head at iDestiny. The Business Head will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing business strategies, overseeing financial performance, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. This role requires close collaboration with the team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of Apple product knowledge and support. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Business strategy development and execution experience Strong financial acumen and performance oversight Exceptional customer service and communication skills In-depth knowledge of Apple products and services Ability to work on-site in Kolkata Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Experience in retail management or a related field is a plus
