Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata is for a Business Head at iDestiny. The Business Head will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing business strategies, overseeing financial performance, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. This role requires close collaboration with the team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of Apple product knowledge and support.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Business strategy development and execution experience
• Strong financial acumen and performance oversight
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Apple products and services
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in retail management or a related field is a plus
