Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:


·      Lead and control sales management operations- New cars, MGA/GNA, MI, EW,MSFS, Finance & Exchange and MS reward point/ Nexa loyalty point.

·      Set, monitor & achieve sales & sales support targets for dealership.

·      Designing corporate specific schemes and promotions on sales

·      Conduct week/monthly meetings for analysis of key performance of sales team members

·      Provide monthly performance results to the BUSINESS HEAD/Directors.

·      Ensure adequate infrastructure and maintenance of the sales showroom and outlets.

·      Plan and motivate sales manpower to perform and achieve objectives.

·      Set marketing strategies to target new business and fleet companies

·      Conduct analysis of market competitors, market conditions and campaign effectiveness.

·      Monitor and maintain customer oriented environment and proper display of vehicles & MGA in all outlets.

·      Ensure proper planning of Training at each level develop staff for improving performance on regular basis

·      Coordinate with finance team to close the finance cases on priority and ensure highest monetary benefits.

·      Ensure no customer outstanding in any form.

·      Monitoring and proper utilization of demo vehicles.

·      Monitoring digital marketing process and DPI score.

·      Ensure Customer satisfaction & achieve target of CDI scores also conduct pro active experiments to increase customer experience.

·      Effective implementation of SOS of Arena/Nexa Norms.

·      Ensure overall profitability of sales operations keeping in mind various source of income linked to sales

·      Liasoning with MSIL for day to day operations

·      Ensuring Zero Vintage of cars

·      Proper planning of offtake of vehicles from MSIL keeping in mind model & color mix

·      Ensure submission & reimbursement of all claims from MSIL such as ISL, RMK, Exchange, JASP, etc

·      Ensuring all the parameters in BSC/NSC to be achieved for Platinum/Alpha band.

·      Ensure Dealership earns all types of incentives from MSIL related to Sales & Sales Support parameters.

·      Ensuring not only target achievement overall but at individually outlet level as well.

·      Ensure manpower availability and retain the team also productivity improvement.

·      Ensure proper implementation of HR policy.

·      Any other task as assigned by the management
