Job Description

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)


10-15+ yrs of enterprise sales, understands CX, CCaaS etc. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the enterprise sales strategy across a defined regional territory.
  • Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise clients seeking CX transformation through CCaaS, UCaaS, AI, and cloud communication solutions.
  • Partner with internal pre-sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored value propositions and customer outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Customer Experience and Operations.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and align solutions to business needs.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities via CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances to co-sell and expand market reach.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, CX, CCaaS, or SaaS-based customer engagement platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise CX landscape, including omnichannel contact center operations, workforce engagement, AI/automation, and analytics.
  • Proven success in quota-carrying roles, with a track record of overachievement.
  • Strong consultative and strategic selling skills; ability to position business value and ROI to senior decision-makers.
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and managing long sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Familiarity with leading CX/CCaaS platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Five9, Talkdesk, Cisco Webex Contact Center, Amazon Connect, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Experience leveraging customer insights, journey mapping, or VOC (Voice of the Customer) in sales conversations.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives and enterprise IT environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first environment.
