Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations in the Southern region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling
GST-related products
, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative approach to ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for purchase order renewals, billing, collections, and other key processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance metrics
- Sell GST-related products and solutions to new and existing clients
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
- Identify and develop new customer accounts to expand market share
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage purchase order renewals, work orders, billing, and collections
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure excellent customer experience through effective issue resolution
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 7–8 years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in a regional or territory-based capacity
- Demonstrated success in selling GST products
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
