Role Overview

The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) will lead sales efforts across HumiSeal, Wire and Cable, and Resin Designs business units in the North Indian market. This role is responsible for aggressively expanding market share and sales growth by identifying and winning new OEM and CEM customers across key sectors such as automotive, industrial, consumer goods, white goods, defense, aerospace, and government. The representative will promote a wide range of Chase solutions—including HumiSeal, Resin Designs, MuleTape, Water Blocking Solutions, and Chase BlH20ck—by leveraging cross-functional technical support to deliver tailored customer solutions. The ideal candidate is a proven deal-closer with strong relationship-building skills and a track record of driving above-market growth.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Account Management

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with strategic sales goals.
  • Drive pipeline growth and expand Chase’s market share in Northern India.
  • Engage directly with OEMs, CEMs, and channel partners to support customer needs and uncover new opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms in alignment with pricing strategy and margin expectations.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accurate, up-to-date opportunity and activity data.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of Chase’s solutions including conformal coatings, adhesives, encapsulants, thermal management, and wire and cable products.

Strategic & Technical Support

  • Collaborate with Sales Applications and Technical Services to “win the spec” and secure approvals.
  • Provide detailed competitive intelligence and recommend strategies to protect or grow share.
  • Represent Chase at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Contribute to presentations and sales collateral that support lead generation and brand positioning.

Reporting & Market Insight

  • Manage sales funnel and provide timely forecasting inputs.
  • Monitor industry developments and adjust sales approach to capitalize on new trends.
  • Report consistently on sales activity, progress against goals, and customer feedback.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or specialty materials.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a regional field-based role.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: conformal coating processes and equipment, adhesives, encapsulants, thermal management, industrial tapes, or wire & cable.
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and solve practical customer challenges.
  • Must be willing and able to travel throughout the assigned territory.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred; equivalent work experience (5–8 years) considered.
