InfeXn Laboratories is a specialized infectious disease testing laboratory providing comprehensive diagnostic solutions for a wide range of microbial diseases. We adhere to stringent standards at all stages to deliver accurate and precise results. Certified by NABL, ISO 9001-2008, and authorized for Influenza-H1N1 testing, our advanced facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including Real Time PCR, NAAT, and Gene Sequencing. Our team consists of experts with advanced degrees in Medical Microbiology and Biotechnology. We aim to offer high-quality diagnostic solutions at affordable costs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Chengalpattu. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and fostering relationships with new and existing clients. The role also includes analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will be required to travel extensively within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience and a successful track record in sales management
Strong understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics industry, particularly in infectious disease diagnostics
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively, and work collaboratively
Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to travel extensively within the region
