Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in Chennai and Bangalore regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
· Generating sales and expanding our market presence in the assigned region.
· Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
· Meeting with architects, builders, contractors, industries, IT/ITES companies, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, and more.
· Presenting, promoting, and selling our product range effectively.
· Prepare weekly/monthly reports
· Coordinate with internal teams
· Understanding customer needs and providing product knowledge accordingly.
· Represent our steel door product range with strong product knowledge
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 4+ years of experience in product sales / business development, preferably in B2B.
· Previous sales experience in selling products like building materials, architectural products, fire safety products, Door and windows etc., is a must
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
· Travel extensively to generate leads and close deals.
· Own vehicle and valid driving license – Mandatory.
· Language Proficiency: English and Local Language
· Self Motivated and High Performance Individual
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive B2B sales in the assigned region.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
· Promote and present products with complete technical knowledge.
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
· Travel extensively within the assigned region.
· Collaborate with internal teams and maintain high customer satisfaction.
· Daily reporting to the assigned manager is mandatory
· Must consistently achieve monthly and regional sales targets
