Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Mumbai and Kolkata, India. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region. This role involves preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and provide feedback to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and conduct market research
• Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics or Microbiology industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Masters degree in Science and Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
