Regional Sales Manager

You will be responsible for promoting and selling Paints & Putties products within the communities of dealers, distributors, and other interested parties. Your role will involve handling channel sales, implementing promotional activities, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Additionally, you will be required to create and maintain healthy relationships with new and existing project partners, encouraging them to recommend our products to clients. Finalizing orders by providing excellent sales experiences to clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include covering assigned areas/territories, identifying new projects, and having good communication and selling skills. The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 14 years of experience in the Decorative Paints & Putties manufacturing industry, hold an MBA in Marketing or any graduate degree, and be result-oriented on a daily and monthly basis. Being presentable, fluent in English and the local language, experienced in handling primary and secondary sales, having a proactive approach, being self-driven, and possessing market knowledge of a specific zone will be advantageous.
