Position Title: Support Consultant – Plant & Production / Machinery & Vehicle Management.. Location: Indore Experience- 2-4 years About the Role You will be the domain expert for machinery, plant operations, and production in construction projects. You will help translate real world machinery / plant workflows (maintenance, usage, production output) into the ERP system. You will work between site teams, maintenance teams, and software/ERP teams to make sure the system supports what actually happens on construction sites & plants. Key Responsibilities Machinery / Equipment / Maintenance Side Be the expert on how construction companies maintain and manage their machinery: preventive maintenance, breakdowns, servicing, spare parts, logs, fuel, etc. Map maintenance workflows into the ERP, e.g. Provide reports: machine usage, maintenance cost, downtime, fuel usage, performance, depreciation, etc. Plant & Production Side Understand how plants (e.g. concrete plants, batching plants, manufacturing parts, etc.) run in a construction environment. Map typical plant production workflows: raw material feeding → processes → output → quality checks → dispatch → reconciliation. kills / Knowledge Required Strong hands-on experience in machinery / equipment maintenance in construction or similar industries (road works, infrastructure, mining). Understanding of plant operations / production processes relevant to construction (e.g. batching plants, prefabrication, etc.). Experience working with an ERP / asset management / plant management software is a plus (though not always mandatory)
