Job Description Position: ERP Delivery/Project Manager/ Senior ERP Manger

Department: Implementation

Qualification: Bachelors or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, engineering or information technology or science Degree, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 4-6 Years

∙ Key Responsibilities

● Gather and document customer business requirements with precision and clarity.

● Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.

● Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

● Providing training, guidance, and product coaching to ensure optimal usage of ERP systems.

● Develop and deliver customized ERP solutions, including integration, configuration, and deployment tailored to client requirements.

● Create detailed data maps and transaction workflows to support accurate data migration and ensure data integrity.

● Drive client-specific enhancements, customizations, and component development during ERP implementation.

● Conduct client-facing workshops, training sessions (group and individual), and onboarding programs to ensure smooth adoption.

● Provide post-implementation support, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to maintenance.

● Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, timely communication, and relationship management.

● Work closely with Sales Teams and Support Teams to align deliverables with client expectations.

● Support project scope documentation by providing task breakdowns, effort estimations, and resource requirements.

● Consult on risk strategies and operational designs, offering solutions that align with business goals.

Key Skills

● ERP Implementation & Consulting: Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) with hands-on implementation experience.

● Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, develop innovative solutions, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

● Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases, data mapping, ERP customization, and scripting.
