Position: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales and Marketing Location: Indore Qualification: MBA in Marketing or an equivalent degree Experience: Proven experience in Inside Sales Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, coordinating product demos, and supporting the sales cycle from the initial point of contact to closing deals. You will work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social platforms. Client Communication: Conduct effective communication with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Product Demonstration: Coordinate with technical teams to schedule and manage product demos for potential clients. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and track client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to refine lead generation strategies and product positioning. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Customer Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement in product and service offerings.
