Job Description

📌 Hiring: SME – Machinery, Plant & Production

📍 Location: Indore | Onsite / Hybrid | Full-Time

We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge the gap between construction operations and ERP systems. You’ll translate real-world workflows of machinery, maintenance, and plant production into ERP processes.

Responsibilities:

Map machinery maintenance & plant production workflows into ERP
Define approvals, job cards, and material flow logic
Ensure integration with store, accounts & inventory modules
Support UAT, training, and go-live activities
Provide reports, alerts & preventive maintenance insights

Requirements:

🎓 Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Production Engg

🧰 7–10 yrs experience in machinery, plant or production in construction / industrial setup

💡 Exposure to ERP / Asset / Plant management software preferred
