Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Jaipur. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and maintaining client relationships within the assigned region. Daily tasks include overseeing sales teams, conducting market research, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and providing regular sales reports to the senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership
• Skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Sales Strategy Development
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of the finance industry and understanding of Loan Against Property and Secured Business Loans
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
