We cater to a wide range of clients including individuals, builders, architects, and industrial customers delivering precision and dedication in every product and service we provide Role Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations in our aluminium fenestration division, including manufacturing, supply chain, installation, and after-sales support. The candidate must have in-depth experience in managing projects involving aluminium doors, windows, and façade systems with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Production & Manufacturing Oversight Manage day-to-day operations of the fabrication facility. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Monitor quality control at every stage – cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, packing. 2. Project Execution & Coordination Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from order confirmation to handover. Coordinate with site engineers, installation teams, and clients for timely project delivery. Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and safety protocols. 3. Supply Chain & Procurement Plan and manage procurement of aluminium profiles, hardware, glass, gaskets, and consumables. Liaise with vendors, system suppliers (e.g., Schüco, Reynaers, etc.), and logistics partners. Optimize inventory levels and ensure material availability as per project timelines. 4. Quality, Compliance & Documentation Implement and monitor quality assurance processes at the plant and project sites. Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company SOPs. Maintain accurate project documentation – production schedules, delivery notes, site reports, snag lists. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, design, purchase, and finance departments. Provide regular operational updates to senior management. Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and audits. Requirements: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil / Production or related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply). 8–12 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in the fenestration or building materials industry. Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, fabrication processes, hardware, and installation methods. Experience in project management, cost control, and ERP/CRM tools. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with European aluminium systems (Schüco, Reynaers, Aluk, etc.). Understanding of structural load calculations, site logistics, and installation methodologies. Ability to read architectural and fabrication drawings (AutoCAD). Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (optional but desirable). Compensation: Competitive salary package based on experience. Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales function in the Fenestration segment, specialising in aluminium doors and windows. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills and a proven track record of scaling sales operations in the building materials or architectural products sector. To develop and execute Sales strategies, drive sales growth, and meet sales targets. This includes monitoring industry trends, setting brand-wise sales goals, and promoting the brand through various channels. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of the regional market. Monitor the customer funnel, responsible for improving customer experience from top to bottom of the funnel. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/ Masters Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business (MBA preferred). 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fenestration, building materials, or façade industry. Strong understanding of aluminium systems, window and door specifications, and project-based B2B selling. Proven network among real estate developers, architects, and contractors.
