Regional Sales Manager

The responsibilities of this role include managing the Cardio & Diabetes division with a total work experience of more than 6 years in this segment. You should have 2-4 years of experience as a Regional Business Manager with a deep understanding of the pharma market in Cardio & Diabetes specifically in Kerala with Cochin as the headquarters. It is highly desirable to have good exposure to different territories. Your responsibilities will include selecting and inducting new staff, fostering team building, and overcoming obstacles for growth. You will be required to create a monthly visiting plan for the team members and ensure its effective implementation through regular follow-ups and discussions. Sales analysis both value-wise and product-wise will be part of your duties. You will need to plan for growth, develop short-term and long-term plans, maintain relationships with distributors, appoint distributors, settle claims, and ensure regular communication with team members. Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professionals, meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, and building relationships with doctors, institutions, and healthcare professionals are vital aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for reviewing new products and services in the market, attending company meetings regularly, staying updated on company products, services, and schemes, and monitoring the activities, products, and services of competitors. This is a full-time position in the Cardio / Diabetic industry based in Ernakulam, Kerala. The base salary ranges from 800,000 to 1,200,000 INR.
