As an Area Business Manager/Business Development Manager (Super Specialty) in Calicut, your primary responsibilities will include making a doctor visiting plan and effectively implementing it through regular follow-up and discussions. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets and handling sales promotion activities. Additionally, you will organize special meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals as per your daily and monthly planning, and set up campaigns and awareness programs for patients and healthcare professionals. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve maintaining regular contact with doctors to foster healthy communication and relationships. You will also be responsible for organizing conferences and seminars for healthcare professionals, generating new business through your team, and reviewing sales and stock availability in your assigned area. Moreover, you will play a key role in completing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing daily reports to seniors regarding your daily work, meetings, and performance. You will be expected to conduct market reviews of new products and services, keep detailed records of contacts, attend monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of the company, and stay updated about company products, services, and schemes. To be successful in this role, you should have a total work experience of more than 5 years in the Cardio/Endo/Neuro/Nephro segment. You must possess in-depth knowledge of the pharma market within the Cardio/Endo/Neuro/Nephro segments under the Calicut headquarter. Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors will also be a part of your responsibilities.,
