Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Business Manager in the Cardio & Diabetes division, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Handling the Cardio & Diabetes division with a total work experience of more than 6 years. - Serving as a Regional Business Manager for 2-4 years with extensive knowledge of the pharma market in Kerala, specifically focusing on Cardio & Diabetes products. - Demonstrating good exposure to different territories, which is highly desirable for the role. - Selecting and inducting new staff into the market and building a cohesive team by removing obstacles for growth. - Creating a monthly visiting plan for the team members and ensuring its effective implementation through regular follow-up and discussions. - Analyzing sales data both in terms of value and product categories. - Developing short-term and long-term growth plans for the division. - Maintaining strong relationships with distributors, appointing new distributors, and settling claims effectively. - Ensuring regular communication and healthy relationships with team members. - Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness. - Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets efficiently. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with doctors, institutions, and healthcare professionals. - Reviewing the market for new products and services and staying updated on competitor activities. - Attending monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings to stay informed about company products, services, and schemes. The hiring organization operates in the Cardio / Diabetic industry and offers a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala. The base salary for this role ranges from 800,000 to 1,200,000 INR.
