Area Business Manager / Business Development Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales and achieve targets in the Super Specialty segment in Calicut. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, organizing promotional activities, and generating new business through your team. Key Responsibilities: - Make a doctor visiting plan and ensure its effective implementation through regular follow-up and discussions - Achieve sales targets and handle sales promotion activities - Organize special meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals based on daily and monthly planning - Set up campaigns and awareness programs for patients and healthcare professionals - Maintain regular contact with doctors to ensure healthy communication and relationships - Organize conferences and seminars for healthcare professionals - Generate new business through the team and review sale and stock availability in the assigned area - Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets - Build and nurture relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals - Provide daily reports to seniors on daily work, meetings, and performance - Conduct market reviews of new products and services and monitor competitors" activities - Keep detailed records of contacts and stay updated on company products, services, and schemes - Attend monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of the company Qualifications: - Total work experience in Cardio/Endo/Neuro/Nephro segment should be more than 5 years - In-depth knowledge of the pharma market in Cardio/Endo/Neuro/Nephro under the Calicut headquarters,
