Zonal Business Manager

As a Business Development Manager, your role involves setting both long term and short term goals for the business development of the company. You will be responsible for coordinating between the company and field staff to ensure smooth communication and operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing business plans and strategies to drive growth - Reviewing and analyzing the implementation of business plans and strategies - Monitoring monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance in your zone - Maintaining regular contact with team members to foster healthy communication and relationships - Conducting market reviews of new products and services - Attending monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of the company - Staying updated about the company's products, services, and schemes - Monitoring the activities, products, and services of competitors - Maintaining a balance between corporate life and field life In addition, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
