Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Zonal Business Manager located in Patiala. The Zonal Business Manager will oversee business operations and drive growth within the designated zone. Responsibilities include managing recovery and enforcement processes, ensuring compliance with legal practices, building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing business performance, and leading a team to achieve operational and financial targets. Qualifications Proficiency in leadership and team management, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business goals Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to assess performance metrics and devise enhancement strategies Excellent communication and relationship management skills to liaise effectively with clients and handle negotiations Sound knowledge of legal processes and regulations related to recovery and enforcement Solid organizational and project management abilities to ensure operational efficiency and goal alignment Proven experience in asset management, financial claim enforcement, or business recovery operations is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
