Medical Representative-Lucknow

You should have 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals. Your responsibilities will include launching new products in the market, achieving sales targets, providing customer support and service, analyzing product promotion and competitors, gathering market feedback, representing the company, and maintaining records for pharmacist and purchase departments. You will have to conduct one-on-one meetings with doctors, pharmacists, or nurses in their offices to discuss price and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, and persuade them to purchase the products. Additionally, you will visit hospitals to meet with doctors on staff, organize appointments and meetings with healthcare staff, and maintain good relations with doctors, pharmacists, and purchase departments. Your tasks will also involve price negotiation, identifying and establishing new business, conducting market research on drug molecules and doctors, achieving individual and team sales targets, reporting daily to your manager on meetings and business conversions, and reviewing new products and services in the market.
