Regional Sales Manager

As the Commercial Responsibility Manager for South India's core regional markets, your main responsibility is to lead the Route to Consumer (RTC) and Route to Market (RTM) strategies. You will be accountable for delivering the 5-year strategy and annual plan, managing multiple distributors to achieve monthly volume targets, and supporting schemes to meet annual goals. Additionally, you will create and implement customer account and promotion plans for both On Trade and Off Trade channels to enhance brand visibility and align with brand strategy. Managing and developing your team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities will also be crucial aspects of your role.
