Senior Sales Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker, an exceptional leader, and a hands-on sales professional who can balance strategic planning with active sales execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy:

  Develop and execute plans to exceed revenue targets for private suites and enterprise deals.

• Enterprise Focus:

  Identify, negotiate, and close high-value, long-term B2B partnerships and customized workspace solutions.

• Team Leadership:

  Manage and coach a national sales team, conducting weekly pipeline reviews and performance coaching.

• Operations & CRM:

  Oversee the full sales lifecycle, optimize CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot), and report performance metrics to senior leadership.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with Marketing for lead gen and Operations for seamless client onboarding.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  10–15 years in sales, with

• Skills:

  Strong financial acumen (ROI analysis), contract negotiation, and expert-level presentation skills.

• Mobility:

  Ability to travel nationally to oversee multiple geographic markets.
