REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

OVERVIEW :

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing multi store operations of VRLJ accross all the six stores , ensuring sales target, inventory control, compliance, merchandising and loss prevention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :

• Regional Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations ensuring efficiency, productivity and adherence to standards• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor and manage regional teams including recruitment, performance appraisal and training initiatives• Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure all regional operations comply with company policies, SOPs and statutory/regulatory requirements• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track regional KPIs, analyze operational performance and provide actionable insights to senior management• Customer & Stakeholder Management: Maintain high service quality, address escalations and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders• Process Improvement & Cost Management: Identify operational inefficiencies, implement improvements and manage costs to optimize profitability

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field• Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or General Management) preferred• Relevant professional certifications in operations, supply chain or project management will be an added advantage

SKILLSETS REQUIRED :

• Strong leadership for team motivation• Conflict resolution• Training in luxury retail etiquette• Analytical expertise in budgeting• Data driven decision• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English• Regional travel readiness for store visits as well as market analysis• Minimum experience as regional operations manager in corporate jewellery brand should be between 5-10 years in similar role.
