JOB TITLE : REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing multi store operations of VRLJ accross all the six stores , ensuring sales target, inventory control, compliance, merchandising and loss prevention.

Regional Operations Management

Team Leadership & Development

Compliance & Policy Implementation

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Process Improvement & Cost Management

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field

Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or General Management) preferred

Relevant professional certifications in operations, supply chain or project management will be an added advantage

SKILLSETS REQUIRED:

Strong leadership for team motivation

Conflict resolution

Training in luxury retail etiquette

Analytical expertise in budgeting

Data driven decision

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

Regional travel readiness for store visits as well as market analysis

Minimum experience as regional operations manager in corporate jewellery brand should be between 5-10 years in similar role.
