Role & responsibilities

1. Last Mile Delivery - 100% Inscan / OFD / Updation

2.Status updation - 100% real time status updation with POD images

3.Delivery Efficiency - Ensure 100% delivery

4.Above 3 days status updation should be Nil - Above 3 days status updation should be Nil

5.Manpower management - Manpower utilization should be 100% with Quality staff . Need to train and motivate the staff / Staff appraisals

6.Punctuality of Staff - Reporting time and Exit time to be monitored

7.DEPS / Branch level Mis routes - DMC Escalations

8.Escalations - From Other regions

9.Panacea Clearance support - Should be handed and Closure to be get it done on Priority basis

10.All OPS related activity (Firstmile / Mid mile/ last mile / RTO/ DRS / NDRS) - Periodical training on system / process

11.All OPS related activity (First mile / Mid mile/ last mile / RTO/ DRS / NDRS) - Periodical training on system / process

12.Line haul Vendor Management - As per the requirements line hauls should report in time and follow the processes of the company

13.Ops Planning & Implementations of new connections - Based on the load factor -new line haul connections and re shuffling of routes

14.Necessary approvals to be taken from AGM - Approvals on Vehicles / Manpower / Special deliveries
